Sara Feldschreiber

Sara Feldschreiber is counsel to the firm, and practices in the areas of corporate and securities law. In addition to general corporate matters, Ms. Feldschreiber has experience in the private equity field. She has worked on the formation of private equity and hedge funds, counseled institutional investors contemplating investments in such funds, and counseled clients regarding compliance with relevant securities laws. Ms. Feldschreiber also has experience with private equity mergers and acquisitions, and dispositions of portfolio companies.
