 Vicki S. Gruber's legal experience has been focused on corporate and securities laws for over 15 years. She has represented public and private companies, banks and financial institutions, individual investors and corporate executives. Her practice has included SEC reporting and disclosure, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, licensing and distribution agreements, internet and e-commerce transactions, compensation and employment agreements, and corporate governance. Ms. Gruber also has experience with structured finance, asset-based lending and advising not-for-profit and political entities, and has been trained in commercial mediation.
