She has represented public and private companies, banks and financial institutions, individual investors and corporate executives. Her practice has included SEC reporting and disclosure, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, licensing and distribution agreements, internet and e-commerce transactions, compensation and employment agreements, and corporate governance. Ms. Gruber also has experience with structured finance, asset-based lending and advising not-for-profit and political entities, and has been trained in commercial mediation.
