Vicki S. Gruber is a corporate and securities attorney with over 20 years of experience
representing clients in business and commercial transactions, including entity formation, contracts, acquisitions and compliance with SEC and stock exchange regulations.
She has represented public and private companies, banks and financial institutions, individual investors, corporate executives, consultants and employees.
Her practice includes SEC reporting and disclosure, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, licensing and distribution, internet and e-commerce, compensation and
employment agreements, corporate governance and business succession planning. Ms. Gruber is a trained commercial mediator, and has helped parties resolve commercial disputes.
She has also advised not-for-profit and political entities on formation and transactional matters.
