Simona Papazian
Simona Papazian practices in the areas of corporate and securities law. Ms. Papazian focuses her practice on both general and transactional corporate matters, including compliance with securities laws and exchange listing requirements, contract review and negotiation, and corporate governance matters. Ms. Papazian also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, asset transfers, public offerings and private equity transactions.
